Business Growth Club

This Membership Agreement governs the registration and participation of a Member in the Business Owner Growth Club operated by Devidas Group Of Company.

Business Owner Growth Club is a business networking, business promotion, training, guidance, business tools and entrepreneur community membership created for business owners and entrepreneurs.

By selecting a membership plan, completing the registration/payment process and accepting this Agreement, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all the terms, conditions, benefits, limitations and responsibilities mentioned in this Agreement.

The Company provides the membership platform, activities, training, resources and opportunities described in this Agreement. The Member remains responsible for their own participation, implementation, business decisions and business results.

The Member shall select one of the membership plans displayed on the website at the time of registration.

The membership duration and applicable membership fee selected by the Member before payment shall form part of the Member's registration record.

The applicable plan and fee will be clearly displayed to the Member before completing payment.

This Agreement does not separately specify the membership price because the Member will first select the applicable membership plan on the website.

The membership will remain active for the duration of the plan selected by the Member.

The membership period will begin from the applicable activation date confirmed by the Company.

Membership benefits and access are available only during the applicable membership period and subject to the selected plan.

After the membership expires, applicable membership access and benefits may stop unless the Member renews the membership.

The Business Owner Growth Club membership includes the following:

The Member receives the opportunity to connect with entrepreneurs and business owners, build professional relationships, exchange experiences and explore opportunities for collaboration, referrals and business growth.

The Company does not guarantee that networking will result in customers, referrals, sales, partnerships or any specific business opportunity.

For the applicable 12-month membership, the Member receives an opportunity to promote their business through CustomerMilega.com and showcase their business, products, services, offers and important business updates to visitors on the platform throughout the applicable membership period.

The Member is responsible for providing accurate and lawful business information.

Business promotion is an opportunity for visibility and exposure and does not guarantee customers, enquiries, leads, sales, revenue or business growth.

For an applicable 12-month membership, the Member will get the opportunity to participate in 3 offline business meetings every year.

These meetings may provide an opportunity to meet other business owners, exchange ideas and explore business opportunities in a professional environment.

Entry to these 3 applicable offline business meetings is included in the membership fee.

No separate training/entry fee will be charged for these included meetings.

However, food, meals, refreshments or other applicable personal/event-related charges will be payable separately by the Member at the normal/applicable charges.

The date, time and venue of the offline meetings will be communicated by the Company.

The Company may change or reschedule an offline meeting due to venue availability, operational requirements, scheduling issues or other reasonable circumstances.

The 3 included meetings do not mean unlimited free entry to every offline event conducted by the Company.

The Member may receive practical guidance relating to:

• Business strategy
• Expansion
• Sales
• Marketing
• Operations
• Team management
• Day-to-day business challenges

The purpose of such guidance is to provide practical perspectives, information and possible approaches.

The Member remains responsible for evaluating the guidance and making independent business decisions.

Members receive 3 business training sessions every month, providing up to 36 business training sessions during a 12-month membership period.

Training may cover areas such as:

• Marketing
• Operations
• Business Growth
• Team Development
• Business Skills
• Business Management

The objective is to help business owners and their teams develop practical skills that can be applied within their business.

For online training sessions, the date and time will generally be communicated to Members at least 4 days before the scheduled training session.

Training information may be communicated through the Business Owner Growth Club WhatsApp Channel or another communication method used by the Company.

The Company may change or reschedule the training date, time, trainer or format where reasonably required.

Members receive access to 25+ practical business templates and tools designed to support:

• Business planning
• Sales and marketing
• Team responsibilities
• Reporting
• Performance tracking
• Business processes

Training-related toolkits, templates or resources will generally be unlocked approximately 4–5 days before the respective training session, wherever applicable.

This is intended to allow Members to review and prepare the relevant material before the training.

Certain resources may be released during or after the relevant training depending on the structure of the program.

The Member understands that all toolkit materials may not be made available immediately upon joining.

Every month, Members receive a dedicated session focused on:

• Meditation
• Self-awareness
• Personal development

These sessions are intended for personal development and educational purposes.

Members remain connected through the Business Owner Growth Club WhatsApp Channel during the applicable membership period.

The Channel may be used to share:

• Training information
• Training dates and timings
• Toolkit/resource updates
• Useful information
• Club announcements
• Relevant business content

The WhatsApp Channel is a communication and information channel. It does not create a guarantee of one-to-one advisory support or a guaranteed response time.

The Club creates opportunities for Members to explore:

• Business referrals
• Joint marketing
• Collaborations
• Partnerships
• Relevant business introductions
• Relevant funding opportunities

These are opportunities within the network and depend on availability, suitability and independent decisions of the parties involved.

The Company does not guarantee customers, referrals, partnerships, collaborations, funding, investment, investors or business contracts.

Members become part of a growing community of business owners where entrepreneurs can:

• Exchange knowledge and experiences
• Build professional relationships
• Learn from other business journeys
• Explore business opportunities
• Support each other's growth

Members are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct within the community.

The Member understands that active participation is an important part of the Club.

The Member agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information.
• Participate reasonably in applicable training sessions.
• Participate in applicable offline meetings.
• Use the provided tools and resources responsibly.
• Review and apply relevant learning within their own business.
• Maintain professional behaviour.
• Respect other Members.
• Not misuse the Club's resources.
• Not provide misleading or unlawful information.
• Keep their registered contact information updated.
• Regularly check Club communications.

The Company provides training, guidance, tools and opportunities. The Member is responsible for actual implementation and execution within their business.

The Member clearly understands and accepts that joining the Business Owner Growth Club does not guarantee any specific business result.

The Company does not guarantee:

• Customers
• Leads
• Enquiries
• Sales
• Revenue
• Profit
• Business growth
• Business expansion
• Referrals
• Partnerships
• Funding
• Investment
• Investors
• Brand growth
• Marketing results
• Customer conversion
• Any specific financial return

Business results depend on many factors, including the Member's implementation, business decisions, market conditions, competition, pricing, team performance, customer behaviour and other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

The Member accepts that training, guidance, networking, promotion and opportunities do not constitute a promise of a particular business outcome.

The Member is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the Company for business promotion, networking or other membership purposes is accurate, lawful and not misleading.

The Company may refuse, modify, restrict or remove information that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, inappropriate or outdated.

The Company shall not be responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate or misleading information supplied by the Member.

Where the Member provides business information, photographs, logos, descriptions, offers or other promotional material for CustomerMilega.com or Club-related promotion, the Member confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such material.

The Member permits the Company to use such material for the purpose of providing the applicable business promotion benefit.

The Company may modify, restrict or remove promotional content where reasonably necessary.

The Company and the Member shall reasonably protect confidential business information shared during the membership.

Confidential information may include non-public business information, financial information, customer information, internal processes, business strategies and other information reasonably understood to be confidential.

Neither party shall knowingly disclose confidential information to an unrelated third party without appropriate permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

All original training materials, templates, formats, worksheets, tools, documents, frameworks and other proprietary resources provided by the Company remain the property of Devidas Group Of Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Member may use the provided resources for their own business purposes.

The Member shall not, without prior written permission:

• Sell the Company's materials.
• Distribute them commercially.
• Publish them.
• License them.
• Reproduce them commercially.
• Claim them as their own proprietary materials.
• Use them to create a competing commercial training product.

All membership fees paid for Business Owner Growth Club are non-refundable.

Once the Member completes the applicable registration/payment process and membership is activated, the membership fee will not be refundable merely because the Member:

• Changes their mind.
• Does not use the membership.
• Does not attend training.
• Misses an online training session.
• Misses an offline meeting.
• Does not use the toolkit.
• Does not use the WhatsApp Channel.
• Does not participate in networking.
• Does not use the business promotion opportunity.
• Changes their business plans.
• Becomes unavailable.
• Does not achieve expected results.
• Does not receive customers, leads, sales, referrals or partnerships.

Missed sessions, unused resources or unused membership benefits do not automatically create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

The Member shall complete payment for the membership plan selected on the website.

If a payment is failed, reversed, disputed or remains outstanding, the Company may restrict or suspend applicable membership access until the payment issue is resolved.

The Member shall not attempt to obtain membership benefits through unauthorised means.

The Company may suspend applicable membership access where the Member:

• Violates this Agreement.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Misuses Club resources.
• Misuses communication channels.
• Engages in abusive, threatening, fraudulent or unlawful behaviour.
• Fails to make applicable payment.
• Seriously disrupts the Club or other Members.

The Company may restore access after the relevant issue is resolved, where appropriate.

The Company may terminate or restrict membership where there is a serious breach of this Agreement, unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse, misuse of resources or non-payment.

The Member may request cancellation by contacting the Company.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund right.

Membership fees already paid remain non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Confidentiality and intellectual-property obligations will continue where applicable after termination.

The Company may reasonably change or reschedule:

• Training date
• Training time
• Training format
• Trainer
• Training topic
• Offline meeting date
• Offline meeting venue
• Offline meeting timing

due to availability, scheduling, technical issues, venue issues, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to communicate such changes to Members.

The Club may create opportunities for Members to interact with other businesses, entrepreneurs, partners or third parties.

The Company is not responsible for the products, services, representations, payments, conduct or commitments of third parties.

Any transaction or arrangement between a Member and another business/third party is the responsibility of the parties involved.

Membership in Business Owner Growth Club does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, franchise or investment relationship between the Member and the Company.

The Member remains an independent business owner.

The Company provides the membership benefits and opportunities described in this Agreement.

The Company shall not be responsible for business losses resulting from the Member's independent business decisions, implementation, market conditions, third-party dealings or failure to achieve expected results, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The Member shall be responsible for ensuring that any business information, photographs, logos, promotional content or materials supplied by the Member do not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

The Company may determine the sequence, schedule, format and timing of the membership activities according to the applicable membership plan, availability and program requirements.

The membership benefits are subject to the applicable membership period and the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Company, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of this Agreement at any particular time shall not constitute a waiver of the Company's right to enforce that provision later.

This Agreement, together with the membership plan selected by the Member and the information displayed during the registration process, constitutes the understanding between the Member and the Company regarding Business Owner Growth Club membership.

By selecting the membership plan, proceeding with registration/payment and accepting this Agreement, the Member confirms that:

• They have read the complete Agreement.
• They have understood the membership benefits.
• They understand the training and toolkit release process.
• They understand that online training dates and timings will generally be communicated at least 4 days before the session.
• They understand that relevant toolkits may be unlocked approximately 4–5 days before the applicable training.
• They understand that applicable 12-month members receive entry to up to 3 selected offline business meetings/training events.
• They understand that food, meals, refreshments or other applicable event-related charges are separate where applicable.
• They understand that membership fees are non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
• They understand that the Company does not guarantee customers, sales, revenue, profit, referrals, partnerships, funding or any specific business result.
• They agree to participate responsibly.
• They agree to follow this Agreement.
• They agree to the applicable policies of the Company and Club.
